Storyglory Terms of Use

The Storyglory mobile application ("App") is provided by Storyglory Inc, a California S Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not download, access, or use the App.

1. Eligibility

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Your use of the App grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Company or third-party trademarks.

4. User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting any content through the App, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the App and the Company's business.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. You agree not to use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, or for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice, and without liability to you.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms in the App and update the "Last Updated" date below. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions to these Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
